Welcome to FORGED! The SIXTH annual men's weekend hosted by Journey's M.O.G. men's groups!
Blacksmiths have the innate ability to craft unique creations out of ordinary metals. Every item they create is handcrafted and through the forging process, the metal is broken down and molded to the creators intended shape. The end result is a beautiful piece of art; stronger, more refined and designed for a purpose. So it is with our journey with God!
We will be spending a weekend together as men camping off-grid, doing man stuff and creating bonds with other Godly men. There will be archery, shooting, riverfront access for fishing, cornhole, other games and fellowship, including three speakers bringing relevant topics to men of all ages. Prov. 27:17 talks about the concept of iron sharpening iron to build each other up and encourage us in our relationships with each other, spouses, significant others and families.
We feel there is a large need for everyone to be able to unplug from the daily grind, connect with each other and be fed from Godly sources. This is a weekend you will not want to miss!! Please contact Scott Wagner (swagner95@gmail.com) for more details. Event will take place near Storm Castle (near Rat Lake Trailhead).
Please pray with us that God will show up in a massive way this weekend! We dream big because we serve a big God!
